Acronis^® Signs Databyte as Maltese Enterprise Solution Partner

Paris — 28 February 2008 — Acronis EMEA (www.acronis.co.uk), a provider of affordable, scalable storage management and disaster recovery software, announced today that it has signed a non-exclusive agreement with Databyte, one of the Malta's leading single source providers of IT support products, to resell its range of award-winning corporate software solutions in Malta.

Under the terms of the distribution agreement Databyte will resell the Acronis^® True Image Echo^™ corporate product range including Workstation; Enterprise Server; Server for Windows; and Server for Linux. In addition, Databyte will resell Acronis Snap Deploy and Acronis Disk Director Server.

The agreement further extends Acronis' reach into the small and medium business enterprises where Databyte has strong existing relationships and an excellent reputation. The new setup also gives corporate and governmental organisations a local link to a leading international.

Databyte will promote Acronis' software to its new and existing resellers and, in return, Acronis will provide Databyte with dedicated technical support and training, as well as detailed product guidance and direct sales support for Databyte's key clients.
