What operating systems does Acronis True Image Home 2010 run on?

The answer to this question can be divided in two parts.

1. The installation package can be run under the following Windows operating systems:
• New! Windows Vista
• Windows XP Professional x64 Edition
• Windows® XP SP 2
• Windows® 2000 Professional SP 4

After installation you will be able to use Acronis True Image Home 2010 under Windows.

2. After installing Acronis True Image Home 2010 in Windows, you will be able to create/activate the standalone version of Acronis True Image Home 2010 that doesn't require any operating system to be running.
