We started using Acronis on various workstations at our headquarters in Erembodegem. Seeing the test environment worked flawlessly, we decided to roll out the solution to the server environment from there. Similar solutions by other vendors offer basic functionality that can be expanded through a complex licensing model. With True Image Enterprise Server, however, it does not matter which server data you want to back up or restore, and that means that its deployment and cost models are transparent. Whenever necessary, we can quickly retrieve backed up data from disk. In the previous set-up, this process took up anywhere between half a day and 24 hours. With Acronis, this process only takes five to ten minutes.

Several notebook vendors offer a similar recovery partition but none are as sophisticated as Acronis True Image 10 Home. Other programs cannot access this secure zone; there's no worry over this zone crashing. To me, this feature alone is worth the price of the program; no other program to my knowledge offers a secure, inaccessible partition as a safe repository for your data.
